The bill (Reg. No. 2388) suggests imposing additional sanction on the owner or his authorized body, which is the union of citizens, an enterprise, institution or organization that are neither financed, nor donated from budget, for violation of salary payout period in the form of one per cent fine calculated from the respective payout amount for each day of delay.
People’s deputies noted that the bill contains contradictions and creates legal collision - difference between the respective legal regulatory acts, does not introduce new legislative provisions, and duplicates norms of the existing legislation, etc.
